Georgia Museums, Inc. (GMI) PASSPORT PROGRAM – TERMS & CONDITIONS

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The GMI Passport Program is a summer engagement initiative operated by Georgia Museums, Inc. (GMI), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates Bartow History Museum, Booth Western Art Museum, Savoy Automobile Museum, and Tellus Science Museum.

Participants are invited to visit all four GMI museums between June 6, 2025 and August 31, 2025. Upon visiting each museum, participants will receive a stamp in their GMI Passport. A completed passport may be submitted for a completion prize and entered for a chance to win the Grand Prize – $500 Visa Gift Card.

HOW GUESTS WILL PARTICIPATE:

1. Pick up a GMI Passport at any participating museum between June 6, 2025, and August 31,2025. Participants must provide an email to initially receive a passport.

2. Visit each of the four museums during the program period and obtain a passport stamp from the front desk at each location.

3. Once all four stamps have been collected, return the passport–completed with stamps and contact information–to any participating location by August 31, 2025, to claim a completion prize (while supplies last) and enter the Grand Prize drawing for a $500 Visa Gift Card

IMPORTANT NOTES:

– No new passports will be distributed, and no additional stamps will be issued after August 31, 2025. Participants must obtain all stamps by this deadline to qualify.

DISCOUNT INFORMATION:

GMI Passport holders who have completed at least one stamped visit are eligible for discounted General Museum Admission on their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th museum visit during the discount eligibility period. Discounts are as follows:

– $2 off at Booth Western Art Museum, Tellus Science Museum, and Savoy Automobile Museum.

– $1 off at Bartow History Museum

Discounts are valid from June 6, 2025 through August 31, 2025. These discounts apply only to General Museum Admission. Discounts cannot be used for events that require pre-registration and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, coupon, or member benefit. A valid GMI passport must be presented at the time of purchase.

PRIZE ELIGIBILITY AND RULES:

1. Participants must provide a valid email to participate in the program.

2. A completion prize is available to any participant who submits a fully stamped passport by August 31, 2025. Limit one completion prize per participant (while supplies last).

3. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for the Grand Prize drawing.

4. Only one Grand Prize entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Passports must be submitted in their original form. No copies or photos will be accepted. Passport stamps will not be replaced or duplicated in the event of a lost passport.

6. A Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by August 31, 2025.

7. Participants must provide their full name and email when submitting a completed passport to be eligible for the Grand Prize.

8. The winner will be notified via the email address provided and must be claimed within 14 days of notification, or they forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected.

9. Prize must be claimed in person, and a valid ID presented at the time of pick-up.

10. By providing an email address, participants consent to receive promotional communication from Georgia Museums, Inc., and the four participating museums. Email addresses and information will not be sold or shared outside the GMI organization.

11. This program is void where prohibited by law.

MUSEUM MEMBER POLICY

Museum members are eligible to participate in the program. While discounts on General Museum Admission do not apply to member entries, members may earn stamps for both the completion and the Grand Prize.

MUSEUM EMPLOYEE & VOLUNTEER POLICY

Georgia Museums Inc. employees and volunteers are not eligible to participate in the program.

PROGRAM DATES

– Passport Distribution and Stamping Period: June 6, 2025 – August 31, 2025

– Prize Submission Deadline: August 31, 2025

– Grand Prize Drawing + Winner Notification: September 15, 2025
